As Managing Director of M3 (EU), Tak is on a mission to improve medical communication in healthcare. With 10 years at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and another decade helping pharma companies with strategic marketing in Japan and the UK, he blends deep business acumen with a strong tech background. Outside of work, he’s an avid reader and dreams of traveling to the moon – fitting for a man with a degree in astronautics engineering!
With 18 years of experience in operations and project management, Claire has led M3’s Operations team for over a decade, overseeing the seamless delivery of commercial projects and upholding the highest standards of quality and client service. When she’s not steering complex workflows, she’s can usually be found chasing her Paw Patrol-obsessed son down by the beach.
Katy brings 19 years of hands-on experience across client-facing and commercial roles at M3, where she now leads trade marketing, global partnerships, business analysis and new revenue development. A devoted mum, Katy is also a keen bodybuilder and finds balance in the discipline of the gym and the energy of family life.
Maxim heads medeConnect, M3’s full-service healthcare market research agency, bringing rich experience from biopharma to med-tech and global health. A former BCG consultant, he’s passionate about solving hard problems to help clients improve patient outcomes. Holding a DPhil from Oxford in Classical Languages, Maxim now applies analytical rigour to healthcare – and juggles it all with life as a father of two energetic boys.
With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Tim leads M3’s commercial strategy, using data and insight to create value for clients and drive performance. Known for his global marketing experience and sharp commercial thinking, he’s also a weekend rugby coach, an active traveller, and loves escaping to Croatia with his wife, kids and dog for family holidays.
Becky brings 20+ years of global HR leadership, having shaped people strategies across biotech, clinical research and healthcare intelligence. Prior to joining M3, she was VP of People & Culture at Synthace, where she championed gender equity and helped the company earn recognition as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women. Based in West London with her husband, three kids and two cats, Becky unwinds with yoga, silversmithing and DIY.
David is an experienced Finance Director who thrives on partnering across teams to unlock business performance and deliver meaningful results. He brings a broad commercial outlook to his role and enjoys simplifying complexity. Outside of finance, he lives in Brighton with his wife, daughter and two cats, and is a big fan of football, theme parks and travel.
Gareth leads M3 (EU)’s engineering strategy, drawing on two decades of experience across healthcare, banking and insurance to build secure, scalable digital platforms. Known for championing resilient systems and inclusive teams, Gareth combines technical vision with a human touch.
Ria leads user acquisition and engagement at Doctors.net.uk, leveraging 16 years of experience at M3 across medical education, editorial and marketing. Passionate about building community and meaningful user journeys, she balances data with creativity. Off the clock, you’ll find her working out at the gym or on the hunt for vintage fashion gems.
Sophie designs digital experiences that solve complex user problems. With a background in ecommerce and generative AI solutions, she brings a user-first mindset to deliver impactful, data-informed solutions that drive engagement and value. A former assistant casting director and actor, Sophie has lived and worked in the US, Spain and France, and now enjoys being settled in the UK, finding the balance between work and parenting.
